Surrogate Maternity Session with Virginia Maternity Photographer

Meet the Denny family! This story is incredible and as soon as Kyle inquired about a maternity session to include their surrogate, I knew I had to be involved. With a November due date, we wanted a summer maternity session on the books. We had to reschedule their session a few times due to the rain and weather we had this summer, but once we finally got together it was so special! It was extremely clear how excited everyone was to meet their little boy, Beckett! We spent time documenting the beautiful baby bump their surrogate had as well as their families. I love that they picked out a sweet stuffed animal for Beckett and we made sure we included it in their portraits!

The family chose to stick with a navy and yellow color scheme for the afternoon and I have to admit I LOVE how it came out. They were the perfect colors for a late summer session. Although I was sad when we had to say goodbye, I was very excited for them to come to the studio for Beckett’s newborn session after he was born! Don’t worry, that will be on the blog soon! It’s always a great time when I know I’ll see a family again for more portraits - that’s why it’s a wonderful idea to book a bump to baby package.
