Rainbow Baby!

A few years ago I had no idea what a rainbow baby even was and so far this year I've already had the privilege to photograph 5! Rainbow babies are such a bright beacon of light after such an emotional and hard time. For those of you who may not know what a rainbow is, its a baby born after a loss weather thats a misscarage, a still born or illness. During such great sorrow and pain somehow God always shows us his light and plan by giving us the greatest gift of all time in the form of a Rainbow baby! To feel the parents excitement and joy while i photograph these precious gifts is an understatement. Every baby brings a parent joy and excitement but to see parents hold a baby they thought they'd never get to hold, definitely steps up the emotional factory for me!
