What's Included in a Cake Smash? | Fredericksburg VA Cake Smash Photographer

One thing we love here in the studio is Cake smashes! I just love creating the custom setups and seeing the parents reactions when they first see the setup! All cake smashes include custom setup, Cake smash outfit (usually a romper of some sort bloomers, birthday hat...). Similar to the newborn sessions i offer, you literally just need to show up with baby and maybe a few causal outfits if you choose.

I always suggest parents to book their little ones cake smash a month or so in advance if you plan on using the images for birthday cards or decorations. Other wise a week or so before their big day is fine! When you arrive here at the studio we'll start with with some causal shots first, on a neutral drop then we'll do a more themed backdrop and finishing with the Big Smash! The smashes are such a fun experience for everyone! Mom baby and of course photographer! And just remember your never too old for a smash!!!
